Welcome To Your Sleep Restoration Program, Cindy
Hi Cindy,
First, I want to thank you for trusting me to be part of this journey with you.
I know you’ve been dealing with these sleep issues for quite some time now, and I can only imagine how frustrating, confusing, and even scary it can feel when you’re not sure why it’s happening. The good news is that your mind and body are incredibly capable of change, and this program was designed specifically with your experiences and goals in mind.
Before we begin, I want you to understand something important: your subconscious mind is not working against you. In fact, I believe it has been trying to protect you all along. Together, we’re going to help it learn a new way—one that allows you to feel safe, peaceful, and relaxed both during the day and while you sleep.
How To Use This Program
I recommend listening to each main session for at least 7 days before moving on to the next one. You may repeat each session more than once within the same week but leaving 2 days in between to allow the work we’ve done to integrate completely. There is no rush. Healing happens through repetition, and every time you listen, your subconscious mind is strengthening the positive changes we’re creating.
The bonus sessions can be listened to anytime in between the main sessions, especially on days when you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply feel like you need a little extra support.
Try to listen when you won’t be interrupted. The most effective times to listen are just before bed or first thing in the morning before you even get up or use your phone, but you can also listen during the day if that feels better for you.
What To Expect
Everyone experiences hypnosis a little differently.
Some people feel deeply relaxed. Some feel like they’re drifting in and out. Some remember everything, while others remember very little. All of those experiences are completely normal.
You do not need to “go deep enough” for this to work.
You do not need to try hard.
You do not need to force anything.
Simply listen and allow your subconscious mind to do the work.
You may notice changes in your sleep right away, or you may notice more subtle shifts first, such as feeling calmer, less worried about bedtime, sleeping more deeply, waking up feeling more rested, or feeling more relaxed throughout the day.
Some sessions may resonate more than others. If there is a session that feels particularly powerful or meaningful, feel free to repeat it as often as you’d like.
One final thing I want you to remember, Cindy, is that healing is a process, not a race. If by the end of this program you aren’t exactly where you hoped to be yet, that doesn’t mean it isn’t working or that you’ve failed in any way. Sometimes the subconscious mind needs additional repetition and reinforcement to fully integrate the changes.
If there are certain sessions that you feel especially connected to or that seem to create the biggest shifts for you, I encourage you to continue listening to those regularly. You may also choose to start the entire program again from the beginning, often noticing deeper insights and even greater progress the second time through. Trust that every time you listen, your mind and body are learning, healing, and moving in the right direction.
Most Importantly
Please be patient and compassionate with yourself throughout this process.
We’re not just working on sleep. We’re working on helping your nervous system feel safe again. We’re helping your mind let go of old patterns and create new ones. And we’re helping your body remember something it already knows how to do naturally—rest.
I am incredibly proud of you for taking this step, and I want you to know that every time you listen, positive change is taking place, even if you don’t immediately notice it.
Trust the process.
Trust yourself.
And know that peaceful, restorative sleep is possible.
Let’s begin.
With love,
Krista

**Hypnotherapy: Overview and Expectations**
**What is Hypnotherapy:**
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a trance. In this state, individuals may experience increased suggestibility, which can help facilitate positive changes in behavior, thoughts, and emotions. It is commonly used for issues such as anxiety, stress management, pain control, and habit modification.
**What Hypnotherapy Is Not:**
Hypnotherapy is not mind control or a magic cure. It doesn’t involve relinquishing control to the therapist; rather, individuals remain aware and can choose to accept or reject suggestions. It’s also not a form of entertainment, like stage hypnosis, where individuals perform for an audience.
**What to Expect During a Session:**
During a hypnotherapy session, you can expect a safe and comfortable environment. The therapist will guide you into a relaxed state, often through breathing exercises or visualization techniques. Most individuals find this process very comfortable and may not even realize they are “under” hypnosis, as the state can feel similar to daydreaming or deep relaxation.
As the session progresses, the therapist may use suggestions or imagery tailored to your specific goals. Afterward, you will gradually return to full awareness, often feeling refreshed and relaxed. Sessions typically last about 30-45 mins
Overall, hypnotherapy provides a supportive framework for exploring your thoughts and behaviors, helping you make meaningful changes in your life.

❤️Journalling Your Sessions:
As your hypnotherapist, I encourage you to engage in journaling after each of our sessions throughout this six-week anxiety program. This practice is vital for several reasons. First, it allows you to capture the insights and emotions you experienced during our time together while they are still fresh. Writing these down helps reinforce the positive changes and suggestions we discussed, making them more effective.
Additionally, journaling provides a valuable opportunity to track your progress over the weeks. By noting any patterns, challenges, or breakthroughs, you can gain a deeper understanding of your journey and how your anxiety is evolving. This reflection fosters self-discovery and mindfulness, aiding in the integration of the techniques we explore into your daily life.
I recommend setting aside a few moments after each session to write freely about your thoughts and feelings. This will not only enhance your experience but also empower you as you work toward your goals. Together, we can make significant strides in managing your anxiety.
Session 1: Teaching Your Body It Is Safe To Sleep
Cindy, in this first session we’re going to start by calming your nervous system and teaching your mind and body that sleep is not something to fear. Over time, it can feel as though part of you has remained on alert, even while you’re sleeping. In this session, we’re going to begin changing that pattern by creating a sense of safety, trust, and relaxation. You’ll learn that you no longer have to stay on duty, and that your body can begin remembering how to rest, restore, and heal naturally.
Session 1: Teaching Your Body It Is Safe To Sleep
Session 2: Meeting The Watcher
In this session, we’re going to meet the part of your subconscious mind that may feel responsible for staying alert, watching over things, and keeping you safe. Rather than fighting this part, we’ll get curious about it. We’ll discover why it’s been working so hard and begin helping it understand that it no longer needs to carry so much responsibility. This is often where important insights begin to emerge and where real change starts to happen.
Session 2: Meeting The Watcher
Bonus Session 1: Releasing The Burden
Cindy, you’ve carried a lot over the years. Responsibilities, worries, life changes, losses, and the pressure of always being the one who holds things together. In this bonus session, we’re going to begin letting some of that weight go. You don’t have to carry everything all the time. This session is designed to help your mind and body release what no longer belongs to you so your nervous system can feel lighter, calmer, and more at peace.
Bonus Session 1: Releasing The Burden
Session 3: Discovering The Root
Now that we’ve created some safety and understanding, we’re going to gently explore where this pattern may have started. Together, we’ll allow your subconscious mind to guide us back to the first time it learned that staying alert was necessary. Sometimes these patterns begin long before we realize. The goal isn’t to relive the past—it’s to understand it, heal it, and help your subconscious create a healthier belief moving forward.
Session 3: Discovering The Root
Bonus Session 2: Permission To Rest
This may end up being one of the most important sessions in your entire program. Many people spend years believing they have to earn rest, deserve rest, or finish everything before they can relax. In this session, we’re going to change that. You’ll begin learning that rest is not weakness. Rest is healing. Rest is necessary. Most importantly, you’ll begin giving yourself permission to truly let go and trust that everything doesn’t have to be under your control in order for you to be safe.
Bonus Session 2: Permission To Rest
Session 4: Releasing What You’ve Been Holding
This session focuses on emotional healing and release. Throughout life, we often carry grief, stress, worry, disappointment, fear, and loss without even realizing how much space they’re taking up inside us. Together, we’ll begin releasing some of those emotional burdens that may still be keeping part of your nervous system stuck in protection mode. This session is about healing, forgiveness, acceptance, and creating room for greater peace.
Session 4: Releasing What You've Been Holding
Session 5: Rewiring Peaceful Sleep
By now we’ve uncovered important pieces of the puzzle, and it’s time to create a new blueprint for sleep. In this session, we’ll begin strengthening the habits, beliefs, and patterns that support deep, peaceful, restorative sleep. Your mind and body will begin rehearsing what healthy sleep feels like, helping your subconscious create a new normal—one where bedtime feels safe, sleep feels natural, and your body remains calm throughout the night.
Session 5: Rewiring Peaceful Sleep
Session 6: Becoming The Rested Version Of You
In our final session, you’ll connect with a future version of yourself who has already overcome these challenges. A version of you who sleeps peacefully, feels safe, trusts her body, and no longer worries about bedtime. Together, we’ll strengthen this new identity and help your subconscious fully step into this healthier way of being. This session is about confidence, trust, and moving forward knowing that your mind and body are capable of lasting change.
A Final Note
Cindy, remember that healing isn’t always a straight line. Some sessions may resonate more than others, and that’s perfectly okay. Trust your instincts. Repeat the sessions that feel especially meaningful and allow yourself time between sessions to integrate the changes. Every time you listen, your subconscious mind is learning. Every time you listen, your nervous system is becoming calmer. And every time you listen, you’re moving one step closer to the peaceful, restorative sleep you deserve.
Session 6: Becoming The Rested Version Of You
Congratulations, Cindy!
Congratulations on completing your Sleep Restoration Program!
I hope you’re taking a moment to recognize how far you’ve come. Choosing to invest in yourself and your healing is something to be incredibly proud of. Whether your changes have been dramatic or more gradual, know that every session has helped your subconscious mind move toward greater peace, safety, and healing.
Remember, this isn’t just about improving your sleep—it’s about helping your mind and body relearn that it is safe to let go, safe to rest, and safe to heal.
Continue trusting yourself, celebrate every step forward, and know that these recordings will always be here whenever you need a little extra support.
I’m so proud of you, Cindy, and I truly wish you many peaceful, restorative nights ahead.
